By engaging with TechOne e‑Travel, you agree to our software development terms. Unauthorized resale or distribution is prohibited.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide full, accurate requirements, assets, and timely feedback to support project delivery.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as per agreed milestones or full advance. Late payments may incur penalties or project suspension.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Deliverables remain our property until full payment. After final payment, rights transfer to you excluding third-party or open-source licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechOne is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from project use or failure.
